30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We are committed to your results. If you are unsatisfied with your experience within your first 30 days of membership, we will provide a full refund of your first month's dues. To qualify for this guarantee, the member must have attended and completed at least twelve (12) scheduled sessions within the first thirty (30) days of their membership. Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later than day 30 of the membership.
PROGRESS MEETINGS
We offer optional 20-minute 1-on-1 progress meetings(available to momentum and elite members) to help you stay on track with your goals. These meetings are member-initiated; if you would like to schedule one, please request a meeting link or speak with a trainer.
MEMBER RATE & AUTO-RENEWAL
All memberships at Solstice Fitness are automatic recurring payments. Your membership is active and ongoing until a formal cancellation request is received via email.
Billing Cycle: Monthly, biannually, or annually based on your chosen plan.
How to Cancel: You must email [email protected]. Verbal notices to trainers or staff do not constitute a cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
30-Day Notice: Cancellation requires a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date.
Final Payment: One final month will be billed after your notice is provided. You are welcome to train through the end of that final month.
No Refunds: Memberships are non-refundable after the initial 30-day guarantee period.
Receipt: Please save your sent email and our confirmation reply as your receipt of cancellation.
MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
Members may "freeze" their account for a maximum of two months per 12-month period.
Month 1 of Freeze: You will be billed your standard monthly rate, which will then be applied as a credit to your account for the month you return.
Month 2 of Freeze: A $15 maintenance fee applies to keep your membership active in our system.
Reactivation: Your membership will automatically resume at your regular rate after the freeze period ends.
Note: Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.
RATE GUARANTEE & ADJUSTMENTS
Your membership rate is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from your initial signup date. Following this 12-month period, Solstice Fitness reserves the right to adjust membership rates to account for increased operational costs.
Notice: We will provide a minimum of 30 days' notice via email prior to any rate adjustment.
Our Commitment: While we reserve the right to adjust rates, our goal is to maintain your loyalty by keeping any annual adjustments within a 5% margin.
PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY
Photography/Media: We may take photos/videos during class for marketing; let us know if you prefer to opt-out.
Liability: By signing up, you acknowledge the risks involved in high-intensity functional fitness and agree to the terms of the Solstice Fitness Liability Waiver.
